When tripleCLOUD's owner and head trainer Ian Creelman switched from a Windows PC to a Mac in 2006, he needed to learn for himself how they worked and turned to training manuals and books.
Ian found that these phonebook sized instruction manuals offered too much non-relevant infomation and were missing that personal touch, so he create tripleCLOUD in response.
From this day our goal has been to share the experience of using a Mac where a user’s questions can be answered in person without digging through a single page of text.

He also demonstrated how to fix permission errors by using Disk Utility, and created a back up of my entire Mac on my external hard drive.
He also gave me several tips on getting the most out of the Mac MIni by teaching me how to capture pictures of the desktop, deal with the "twirling beach ball", bring my Gmail account into Apple Mail and general information about upgrading to OS X Leopard.
It is hard to find capable technicians who will make house calls at a reasonable rate. I would certainly recommend tripleCLOUD.
