We link our computer screens from our Toronto office to your Mac, regardless of where you live in Canada*. This screen-to-screen visual connection is paired with a free telephone call and we lead you through a customized one on one training session. This session is tailored specifically to your learning skills.

How does it work?
Our Remote Training service takes advantage of a simple software application from Teamviewer, an industry leader in Remote Access with over 15 million users world wide. When you're ready for your Remote Training session, we send you a short email with a link to download the temporary Teamviewer application to your desktop, and we take care of the rest.
Our knowledgable, and patient trainers will show you the best steps to get the most out of your Mac and its software. Since we are able to see what you see, you can show us exactly what areas you'd like help with by pointing your mouse or clicking on any area of your desktop.
