SWITCHING, ONE ON ONE
We understand that switching from Windows can seem a bit daunting and believe the best way to learn something new is with one on one instruction and guidance.
As such, tripleCLOUD offer custom training to new Mac users as well as those wanting to expand their current Mac knowledge, and offer two types of service:
ON-SITE
Our On-Site services, for residents of the Greater Toronto Area, include a one on one training session in your home or office with one of our training instructors. We sit right beside you and demystify any part of your Mac you'd like to know more about.
REMOTE TRAINING
Similiarly, our Remote Training session is designed for those outside of the Toronto Ontario area that we can't reach in person. This new service allows you to connect to one of our instructors remotely by both Internet and telephone where we walk you through any part of your Mac you would like to learn more about. We see what you see on your Mac's screen and will get you up to speed, at your own pace, just like our On-Site service.
